A. No. We only offer our machinery for wet hire with experienced and qualified operators to ensure the safety of your site is maintained.

A. Some demolitions will not require council consent; these are outlined in the NSW Exempt and Complying Development Codes SEPP. All other demolition work outside of this code will require complying development approval. Contact your local council to discuss proposed demolitions on your site.

A. Yes! Our skilled team can demolish old or failing retaining walls, and replace it with new construction. Call our team to discuss your needs.

A. You may require a retaining wall for your site if:
  • You need to control downhill erosion
  • You need to prevent potential flooding
  • Your foundation is threatened by a hill

A. The Blade Pile counter balances and slivers into the soil with fewer disturbances. Regular screw piles have one leading edge with a curved pitched helix that bores the soil during installation. For more information visit www.bladepile.com

A. Screw piles are a type of deep foundation that are installed much like a screw wound into wood. Once the pile has reached the target depth, it remains in place. The part of the pile that comes out of the ground is capped for the house frame to rest on securely.
